Surf and Turf

What is better than a traditional surf and turf? How about our kicked up bistro and shrimp! The lightly battered shrimp have a creamy sauce that will wake up your taste buds! The steak is so tender and flavorful that you will want it use it for every meal!

RECIPE: Bistro Filet and Shrimp                                        

  • 6 oz of Bistro Bonded Chuck Steak (SYSCO SUPC# 6029555)
  • 1/2 oz of Key West Big and Bold Seasoning Blend
    (SYSCO SUPC# 3436656)
  • 3 oz of Tender Breaded Shrimp (SYSCO SUPC# 8243578)
  • 1 oz of Real Mayonnaise (SYSCO SUPC# 5992474)
  • 1/4 oz of Chili Siracha Sauce (SYSCO SUPC# 7997208)
  • .30 oz of Chopped Garlic (SYSCO SUPC# 4484408)
  • .05 oz of Crushed Red Pepper (SYSCO SUPC# 5913454)
  • 3 oz of Orient Sugar Snape Vegetable Blend

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Season steaks with Key West blend and set aside.
  2. Mix mayo, Siracha, garlic and red pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cook Bistro Filet to desired doneness on grill.
  4. Cook shrimp in fryer until done, approximately 3 minutes. Toss shrimp in mixing bowl with sauce.
  5. Plate steak and shrimp. Serve with steamed Oriental blend.
